Stayed here for a fabulous weekend special. Lovely hotel, excellent staff, and the food was out of this world. Wonderful entertainment provided on both evenings too. We'd love to come back again.
This is our first visit but won't be out last. Really comfortable here, sitting in the sunny garden. Staff are great, food delicious, pleasant evening entertainment. First time staying in Torquay, never realised how hilly it would be. Have walked 5 miles plus each day. Coastal path here is rugged with lots of steep steps. We will return.
Just had a brilliant weekend at The Hotel Balmoral. Lovely welcome from Linda. The room was a great twin for my friend and myself. Beds comfortable. Everything was lovely and clean. Food was amazing each night, breakfasts were wonderful. The entertainment in the evening was a great end to the day. Great value for money with the special offers. We will definitely be back.
We had a great weekend .cream tea on arrival which was lovely .our room was lovely very clean had everything we needed bed was so comfy .breakfast was great alot of choice .evenings meals were fanstactic really can't not fault anything .evening entertainment was good a lovely atmosphere and friendly.the staff were very helpful and friendly thankyou to you all for a lovely stay .Sunday lunch was delicious
This was our third visit to this hotel and we will definitely be visiting again. We booked a premium room for a couple of days as a special treat for a birthday and anniversary present to ourselves and we were not disappointed. The room was great, a super king size bed, so comfortable, very clean and tidy and a full bathroom with a shower over the bath. The food was incredible, breakfast choices were everything you could think of from cereal, yoghurt, fruit to full english or pancakes. Dinner was a five course meal, cooked to order and it was delicious, choices included catch of the day from Brixham harbour, venison or duck for example. We will be returning to this little gem of a hotel and I recommend it to anyone who wants to get away from it all for a few days.
A very warm welcome. All staff, helpful, friendly & accommodating., Clean comfortable rooms. An excellent breakfast and amazing 5 course dinners with excellent choice. A regular bus service into town, immediately outside the hotel. Meadfoot beach is a very short walk from the hotel there is a cafe open daily. This was our second visit and we will be back.
We had a great stay at The Hotel Balmoral. The staff were genuinely lovely and took a lot of trouble to make everything nice. We particularly appreciated the fact that there was a different vegetarian option for dinner each night, and the food was very good! The location is just beautiful. Thank you for a lovely stay!
